Our Party Packages include private usage of our studio, flexible times and dates outside of our normal studio hours, a 2.5 hour painting session and supplies, and custom ambiance (bring your own playlist). Our studio can be custom decorated by our in-house Interior Decorator in your theme of choice for an additional fee.

Group Event Details:
1. Guests interested in booking a Private Event must submit the Event Questionnaire. Upon completion, our Event Coordinator will contact you to go over the details of your event. If you are interested in catering, a full menu will be sent to you. All arrangements for Event and Studio space should be finalized at least 15 days before the date of your function.
2. Wet Your Palettes does not permit any food to be brought into the Private Reception Space by the Patron or any of the Patron’s guests.
3. There is a maximum capacity of 20 guests in the Painting Studio/Event Space.
4. Wet Your Palettes Cancellation Policy: You will be asked to give a 15 day cancellation notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations occurring less than 15 days from the date of the event are not refundable.
5. If you would like to customize your artwork, there is a $75 fee.
6. Patron agrees to remit payment for the above mentioned event in the following manner: A. 50% deposit is due at the time of booking B. 50% is due 7 days prior to the event C. Patron authorizes final balance to be collect 7 days prior to event without further notice
7. Wet Your Palettes and Patron agree: A.That the function shall be held in an orderly fashion; B. Alcohol beverages will not be permitted unless all guest are 21 years of age C. Adult Guests will sign a waiver before entering.
8. It is agreed between Wet Your Palettes and Patron that the function shall begin promptly at the scheduled time and that the function room or area shall be vacated at the indicated closing time. Event Space is rented for one hour (unless otherwise indicated) and Painting classes last for two hours.
9. In the event this agreement is signed in the name of a corporation, partnership, association,club, or society, the individual signing represents to Wet Your Palettes that he or she has full authority to sign and deliver this agreement.
10. Patrons who choose catering options are entering into a separate agreement with a different vendor. Wet Your Palettes is not responsible for any disputes involving catering.
